Where is Costa Rica?
Costa Rica is based in Central America between Nicaragua to the north and Panama to the south. Being part of Cnetral America Costa Rica has both a coast on the Caribbean sea and one on the Pacific.
The actual country itself experiences a wide range of different environments from the hot, dry areas of Guanacaste to the cool, moist cloud forest of Monte Verde. Whilst the country isn’t huge, this means that there are plenty of different areas to see with weather to suit just about anyone and a variety of different wildlife living in different areas of the country.
